As some of you already heard, because they booked a room at the Logica hotel, there was a complete double booking on the Friday night. There was a huge communication error between the hotel and the WZZRD crew, resulting in false communication from the TCL crew to our audience. For that we offer you our sincere apologies.

edit: don’t worry - if I haven’t contacted you by now, you are NOT affected by this issue. All of the people contacted have already made alternative arrangements.

To be clear; everyone who booked at room for Friday night at the Logica hotel (the “comfort accommodation”), has been offered to get all their money back from WZZRD. As replacement you could stay at one of the 15-persons huts, or book another hotel in or around Enschede. We remind you that all communication about this issue should be with WZZRD (nick@wzzrd.nl). Communicating through the TCL crew will only slow things down in this case.

Since WZZRD feel they have to compensate they will organize a completely free BBQ for everyone attending the event! This means nobody has to pay even a cent to enjoy hot fresh meat from the grill with everyone at the LAN venue. Later today we will post a detailed timeschedule for the whole event. Please stay tuned.

We need to know exactly how many people would like to enjoy the barbecue, so please comment on this post if your team would like to BBQ and with how many players. If you’re a visitor - please reply and state you are a visitor!
